Your team still has boards, as a table, kanban, calendar or Gantt. The difference is that Flow is built only for agencies: your clients' portal with your brand, review rounds with approval, quotes that become projects and invoices per milestone come ready, connected to each other, without stitching them together with guests, forms and separate spreadsheets.
Do my clients need to create an account or pay?
No. They get a link by email and open their portal, with no password. Your clients' contacts are free and unlimited: you only pay for your team's seats.
What does my client see, and what not?
They see their deliverables, the files you ask for, the milestones, their messages and, if you allow it, quotes and invoices. They never see priorities, hours, internal budgets or internal notes. Only the people you mark as approvers can approve or accept.
Can I bring my clients and projects?
Your clients and contacts are imported from a spreadsheet. You create projects in minutes, or they create themselves when your client accepts a quote, with their milestones and deposit.
Does it work with several currencies and taxes?
Yes. Each client is quoted and invoiced in their currency (pesos, UF or dollars), with taxes per line or per document and the right rounding. Amounts are computed, never typed by hand.
Can I use my own domain?
The portal on your domain comes with the Studio plan, and your team's app on your domain with the Agency plan. Every plan gives you your own address on flowagenci.com.
How does the trial work?
You get 14 days of the Studio plan, no card, and you can start with sample data. At the end you choose a plan; if you don't, your workspace becomes read-only and you never lose your data.
What happens if I hit a limit on my plan?
What you already have keeps working. If an action goes over the limit, we tell you, and you can upgrade or add seats and storage.
